This patient wanted a rounder breast shape with the nipple centered on the breast. She had a constricted lower pole on the medial aspect of each breast- similar to a tuberous breast. So Dr. Greer placed the implants through a periareolar incision to give her access to release the constricted breast tissue, and placed the implants in a subglandular plane so they would stretch the skin more effectively. The right implant is a 685ml silicone implant, and the left is 560ml. The patient also had 360 degree liposuction at the same time to contour her torso.
