If you must take blood thinning medications, fillers are still perfectly safe, though you may have a greater chance of more bruising after your injection. When your appointment begins, we’ll ensure the treatment area is clean and then apply numbing cream to minimize discomfort from the injection. Cold spray will be used prior to each injection, and you will receive the product with a tiny needle. Once the process is over, you’ll apply an ice pack for 5-10 minutes to help prevent bruising.
