Asymmetry and tuberous breast

This patient wanted larger, more symmetric breasts. Because of the lack of tissue on the lower pole of the right breast, silicone implants were placed in a subfascial plane instead of submuscular. The right side is a 445ml implant, and the left is 405ml.
