Asymmetry and tuberous breast

This patient wanted better breast symmetry. She liked the size of her left breast, but wanted a perkier shape. Dr. Greer performed a left breast lift with auto-augmentation to maintain the size, placed a 295ml silicone implant under the muscle of the right breast, and performed liposuction on the lateral chest to smooth the contour.
