This patient in his mid-40s lost over 200 pounds, and wanted to address as many body areas as possible at one time. Dr. Greer performed skin excision over the anterior and lateral chest, did a posterior body lift with liposuction of the hips, and addressed laxity over the stomach with a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty.
