Revision or Removal of Implants

This patient had saline implants under the muscle that she wanted removed. A lift was done at the same time to create a smaller, perkier shape. Breasts have grade 3 ptosis. No palpable masses or axillary lymphadenopathy. 

Sternal notch to nipple is 22 cm on the left and 23 cm on the right

Nipple to inframammary fold 12 cm on the left and 13 cm on the right

Chest circumference 34 in breasts have grade 3 ptosis. Breasts have grade 3 ptosis. Sternal notch to nipple is 22 cm bilaterally
