This patient had prior breast augmentation, but now felt that her breasts were too large for her frame. She also noticed the breast tissue had started to drop off the implants as she aged. Dr. Greer exchanged the implants for a smaller size, performed a lateral capsulorrhaphy to tighten the pocket around the smaller implants, and did a mastopexy to lift the breast tissue back up onto the implant. At only three months out the scars have already faded quite a bit.
