Abdominoplasty

This patient wanted to improve the stretch marks and excess skin that developed during pregnancy. Dr. Greer performed an abdominoplasty and lipoosuction of the hips, removing a total of 2,400 grams of skin. Repair of her rectus diastasis was limited by intra-abdominal fat, but still created a nice improvement in how flat the contour is.
