Abdominoplasty

This patient didn't care about having a perfectly flat stomach, as long as she could get rid of the overhanging skin. Dr. Greer performed an abdominoplasty to remove the excess skin, and tightened the abdominal muscles to get them back into a more anatomic position. At three months postop she still has some swelling, and the scars will continue to fade for up to a year, but she's very happy with the result.
