Breast Augmentation

This patient had been thinking about breast augmentation for nearly 20 years before she decided to move forward. Her goal was in the D cup range to be more proportional. Because her breasts were slightly different sizes, she and Dr. Greer decided on saline implants to better tailor the size. Dr. Greer placed the implants under the muscle, filling the right implant to

400ml and the left implant to 465ml. After surgery the patient reports loving the size and look of her breasts, and says she got a big boost in confidence.
