Breast Augmentation

This patient wanted to be on the fuller side of proportional. Because of the short distance between the nipple and the bottom of the breast, Dr. Greer placed the implants above the muscle so that the lower pole of the breast would stretch out better, preventing the implants from sitting too high. She used 445ml high profile silicone implants.
