Breast Augmentation

After losing 150 pounds this patient wanted to remove loose skin over her stomach, and to have fuller, perkier breasts. Dr. Greer performed a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty to remove loose skin and tighten the abdominal muscles, then put in a 400ml silicone implant on the right and a 445ml silicone implant on the left. The implants were placed under the muscle and a mastopexy was performed at the same time.
