Mastopexy

This patient lost over 50 pounds and wanted perkier breasts with more fullness over the upper pole. She also wanted to remove excess skin over her lateral chest. Dr. Greer performed a mastopexy with auto-augmentation, moving tissue from the lower pole of the breast to create fullness in the upper pole. She also excised skin over the lateral chest.
