Revision or Removal of Implants

This patient had a prior breast augmentation and lift and wanted to go a bit larger and also increase fullness over the upper pole of the breast. She went from 400ml saline implants under the muscle to 615ml silicone implants under the muscle, and the implants were moved into a slighter higher position using Galaflex mesh.
